1. Terms and definitions ←

The following terms and definitions apply to this document:

“Service” means the Outline Access internet service

“User” means a registered user of the Service

“Agreement” means an agreement between User and Service that is concluded upon User’s registration, the terms of which are set forth in this document

The “Keys” are the SOCKS 5 access keys, that provide connection to one of our servers to use it as a gateway to the internet through an encrypted communication channel

The “Servers” are the servers rented by us, through which the encrypted data of Users passes

“Website” means a website, located at https://outlineaccess.com and also the software and hardware through which it is implemented

“Account” means a website page, from where the main functionality of the Service is available

2. Services provided ←

The Service provides Users access to an Account where they can rent personal SOCKS 5 access keys to use them in such applications as Outline Client and Shadowsocks . In addition to using keys to access internet resources through our servers, Users are also able to share keys, change servers and delete keys. Also, a User can change password, Account name or an email, as well as delete Account.

3. Cost of services ←

The cost of a key rent is $2.5 per month (or $2.25 per month with a one‑time payment for the year). If these prices are indicated in this document, then they are relevant at the moment. We reserve the right to change the key renting cost by changing information on the Website, including this document.

4. Connection speed ←

We distribute keys among servers so that each key speed at maximum load is at least 20 Mbps. We rent servers from reliable suppliers, that provide all necessary conditions to ensure a high‑quality communication channel. But still, for technical and other reasons, the uptime and throughput of servers are not constant values. In case of an unacceptable delay or connection speed drop, User is able to change a key in his/her Account and connect through another server at no extra charge.

5. Obligations of Parties ←

We undertake to provide the Users of our Service with the declared services in full within the amount paid by them, subject to the conditions set forth in this document.

By registering at Outline Access and using the Service or access keys provided by the Service, User undertakes to comply with the laws of the country in which he/she is located, as well as the country through which he/she connects.

If User's activity leads to complaints addressed to the servers that he/she uses, we reserve the right to block his/her Account.
